| Chongqing is facing serious pension pressure at the present stage.At the beginning of 2017 in Chongqing,there were 7 million 50 thousand people aged 60 years old and over,accounting for nearly 21% of the total population.In addition,as a typical labor drain city in the Midwest of Chongqing,coupled with the current family structure change,Chongqing's traditional family pension is hard to bear the huge burden of the old age.Under the effect of the actual reasons and the change of social concept,the pension institutions began to undertake more and more serious pension tasks.Under the deepening of the aging trend of the population,whether the service supply provided by the pension institutions can meet the needs of the elderly in Chongqing from quantity and quality has become the key issue of the development of Chongqing's social endowment insurance.In this paper,the city of Chongqing for local pension institutions to support policy text,then through field research,interviews,and questionnaire survey method,starting from the perspective of supply and demand were studied in Chongqing city pension services in the basic supply situation,the pension services provided by the supply side,and the contents of each of the elderly demand.Among them,the basic supply includes bed number,talent team and consumption standard.Service supply includes life care service,medical security service and spiritual comfort service.Next,through the comparison between each kind of supply and demand,we get the problems in the development of the current institutional pension mode in Chongqing,and analyze the causes of the supply and demand contradiction.Finally,from the perspective of government guidance and supervision,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the further development of institutional endowment services in Chongqing,from the aspects of government management,supervision mode,personnel training,social support network and social publicity. |
