With the gradual disappearance of demographic dividends, statistics show that in2015,the population aged 65 and over in China was 143.44 million. The population of people aged 65 and above has increased year by year in recent years, which indicates that China is about to enter the peak period of aging, according to relevant departments.Statistics show that as of 2015,the population over 60 has exceeded 220 million people, accounting for 16.15% of the country's total population. It is estimated that by 2020,China's population over the age of 60 will exceed 248 million, accounting for 17.17%of the total,of which over 80 years will exceed 30.6 million. The elderly population in Shanghai will grow steadily, and the old-age dependency coefficient will increase further. With the aging of the population, the increase in the number of elderly people makes the demand for old-age care facilities more and more.Older people have greater demand for health care services and they have higher requirements for health care services. The pension service agencies provide a very good place for the elderly to spend the rest of their lives safely, and has played an important role in the improvement of China's social pension service system. This article takes the problem of supply and demand of the elderly service organizations in Songjiang District of Shanghai as the research topic. It first introduces the basic concepts of old-age care service organizations and the types of three types of old-age care institutions. Then it elaborates on relevant theories and,on this basis, allocates the resources of old-age care institutions. The evaluation indicator system compares and analyzes the current situation of the supply of pension institutions in Songjiang District, and selects 200 elderly people staying in the nursing home as survey objects, conducts a questionnaire survey on them, provides services for the pension institutions, and provides services for the elderly to the aged institutions. The needs and intentions are understood, and the frequency analysis method is used to analyze the survey results. The main reasons for the elderly to be admitted to the pension institutions and the main reasons for the elderly to choose the pension institutions are respectively obtained.According to the current demand and supply of pension institutions in Songjiang District, the problems between the supply and demand in the district were discovered and the causes of the problems were explored.Through the survey,we found that the pension institutions in Songjiang District of Shanghai generally have the following problems: First, there is a gap in the number of old-age institutions in Songjiang District,Shanghai;second, there is a large gap in the number of beds in the old-age institutions in Songjiang District,Shanghai; The service level of the pension institutions in Songjiang District is not high;the fourth problem is lower income and higher fees. After analyzing the reasons for the supply and demand problems of the pension institutions in Songjiang District of Shanghai,we have proposed some countermeasures for these problems in Songjiang District. The first is to implement and improve the existing pension policy;the second is to standardize the infrastructure for the old-age care institutions;the third is to establish and improve the supervision and evaluation system for old-age care services;the fourth is to increase the medical care and spiritual comfort for the services;and the fifth is to accelerate the construction of the old-age talent team;Sixthly,it is appropriate to develop high-end support pension institutions;and solve the old-age pension problem in Songjiang District from the macro and micro perspectives.
