Research On The Role Of E-commerce In Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Of Yan'an

Yan'an is a sacred place for the Chinese revolution and has made enormous sacrifices for the establishment of China.The Party Central Committee and the provincial government have given tremendous support to the development of Yan'an.When General Secretary Xi returned to Yan'an in 2015,he issued the instructions to “accelerate the pace of economic development in the old revolutionary base areas,do a good job in the poverty alleviation work in the old districts,get old people out of poverty as quickly as possible,and join the people of the whole country in entering a well-to-do society”.Since 2010,the Yan'an municipal government has implemented the spirit of the Central Government and the provincial government,carried forward the spirit of Yan'an,persisted in targeting poverty,accurately assisted the poor,and supported comprehensively,implemented the “six-for-one” poverty alleviation policy,and achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation and development.However,as economic development has entered a new normal and poverty alleviation has entered the deep-water region,the current poverty alleviation policies will not fully enable the villagers in poor rural areas to embark on the road to prosperity,and are still facing the potential threat of returning to poverty,seeking a government-led poverty alleviation.The new model is now the main task of the Yan'an government.The article starts from analysing the effectiveness of existing poverty alleviation measures in Yan'an as an entry point.By analyzing the advantages and problems of the rural e-commerce economy,it studies how Yan'an Government can better play the role of the government,release e-commerce advantages,and improve rural areas in Yan'an.The dissertation consists of six parts: The first part is the introduction.It introduces the background,purpose and significance of this article.It also expounds the article's research ideas and research content as well as the innovation of the article.The second part introduces the relevant poverty alleviation theories of the article,the definition of the e-commerce poverty alleviation in rural areas,and the effect of the feature.It also discusses the government's role in the rural e-commerce poverty alleviation and the government's behavior model of playing different government functions.The third part mainly introduces the poverty situation in Yan'an and the results of the current “six-for-one” poverty alleviation policy.It also analyzes the omissions and existing problems of the current policy;it combines the status quo of poverty alleviation in Yan'an and rural electri.Based on the analysis of the advantages of commercial poverty alleviation,it is concluded that the implementation of poverty alleviation by rural e-commerce is the necessary means for poverty alleviation in the next phase of Yan'an.The fourth part analyzes the government's role in the development of e-commerce,and introduces the Yan'an municipal government's relevant policies and measures for rural e-commerce in poverty alleviation and the development of e-commerce in rural Yan'an.The fifth part sums up the problems faced by the Yan'an municipal government in the process of developing rural e-commerce according to the foregoing summary,and analyzes the reasons for the related issues.The sixth part is based on the deep-rooted reasons for the problems in the rural e-commerce poverty alleviation,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for better exerting the government's role in e-commerce poverty alleviation.On the basis of reading a large number of e-commerce and poverty-relevant literature,this paper combines the cost advantages of rural areas with the advantages of e-commerce,and analyzes the omissions of the current poverty alleviation policies in Yan'an in conjunction with the government's development of rural e-commerce.The poverty alleviation model proposes that Yan'an Municipal Government,on the basis of the current poverty alleviation policies,can make rural e-commerce poverty alleviation the key to poverty alleviation in the next phase of Yan'an.In this process,it will better play the role of the government and improve the poor.The economic income has stimulated consumption in rural areas and promoted the economic development of Yan'an.
