Research On The Training Of CPC's Female Cadres During The Full-scale Anti-Japanese War

During the full-scale Anti-Japanese War,with the conflict of Sino-Japanese was become the main conflict,the struggle nature of Chinese revolution from civil war transfer to national liberation war,which was to against Japanese imperialism invasion and obtain the agree of the whole people.The establishment of a united front has been unanimously adopted as the CPC's Anti-Japanese War policy.Female as an important part of the united front,from the front lines of the Anti-Japanese War to the rear,from the military to the logistics supply are filled with female's figure,they have made a great contribution to Anti-Japanese War.The Anti-Japanese united front of female is so important that CPC needs to cultivate a large number of female cadres,it is good to unite more female to agree on the Anti-Japanese front.This paper mainly tease the training situation of the CPC to female cadres in the Anti-Japanese War period,and systematically discusses these aspects of reasons,contents,ways,characteristics and evaluation of education.First,by summarizing the female cadres training before the Anti-Japanese War,to sum up the cultivation of women cadres education this period,and to provide women cadres training experience and foundation for the full-scale Anti-Japanese War.Secondly,through teasing the situation of Anti-Japanese War and the arrangement of female cadres,exploring the reasons for the training of female cadres during the period of the full-scale Anti-Japanese War.Third,through the analysis of the training methods,training contents and training characteristics of female cadres,to understand the rich connotation of the CPC's education to cadres.Finally,making a comprehensive evaluation from positive significance,limitation and revelation three aspects of the CPC's training to female cadres during the full-scale Anti-Japanese War.Its positive significance is to train a large number of female talents for the CPC,mobilize female's initiative to participate the war and production and raise the ratio of female's participation in politics and government.Its limitation mainly is the appear of female cadres' formalism and subjectivism during the cultivation.Its revelation mainly include two parts,one is to adhere to the leadership of the CPC to female's work and female's cadre education,and the other is to put ideological construction into the most important position and use scientific theories to arm and educate female cadres.
