Research On The Effectiveness Of Village Two Committees’ Female Cadres Training Program In"Qipu Plan"

The "village two committees’female cadres experimental training program" in three provinces and one district sponsored by Li Ka Shing Foundation has come to an end; the effect of the program is remarkable. This article is aimed at discussing the effect of "Qipu Plan" in Anhui Province through various methods such as interview, questionnaire survey, field observation, and action research. Especially the in-depth study of the "Seed Plan", it had conducted tracking investigation and comprehensive analysis, including the process of implementation, existing problems and causes, and the effect after implementation. In the end, the author puts forward suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of the "Seed Plan".
