The Comparison Of Education Training For In-service Cadres Of The Two Parties During The Comprehensive Anti-japanese War

In terms of background,both parties faced with the same war background,all needed to train cadres to cultivate talent for the founding of the People's Republic of China during the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War.However,there were great differences between the two parties on the situation of war and the cognition of training purposes and training objectives.In terms of the content and manner of training,the content of the Communist Party training mainly included thought,politics,military,business,culture,women cadres education and so on.The training way was flexible and diverse,and focused on the combination of theory and practice,the combination of production and labor.It had established deep feelings with the masses of people.The training content of Kuomintang mainly included Party and government,military,professional skills,women cadres training.It mainly took the establishment of training institutions,discipline,militarization training and management.The in-service cadres training of both had many similarities in terms of content items,but there was a big difference in substance.On the ideological level,the Communist Party paid attention to the cadre's Marxism accomplishment,and trained the party member cadres who wholeheartedly served the serving.The Kuomintang cultivated the Party member cadres who believed in Chiang's "Sanmin doctrine" and were loyal to the leader,loyal to Chiang Kai-shek's.On the political education,the Communist Party paid attention to training cadres to use the method of Marxist theory to analyze current affairs and put forward the ability to solve the problem,in order to deal with the rapidly changing situation of revolution.The Kuomintang was still committed to the understanding of the party.In terms of culture and business,the two parties also had slight differences.In the education of women cadres,the main difference was whether to mobilize women cadres to carry out the mobilization work.The difference between the two parties in the training methods was mainly because the Kuomintang didn't effectively make the theory with practice and didn't unity and connect with the people.Because of the similarities and differences in the background,contents and ways of the two-party cadre education and training,the different functions and problems of the two-party cadre were also formed.Although there were some dogmatism problems in the education and training of party cadres to a certain extent,but it had greatly improved the Communist Party cadres' consciousness,comprehensive quality,and ability to analyze and solve problems.It had enriched the Communist Party's cadre foundation,and laid a solid foundation for the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party in the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.The Kuomintang cadre training,due to lack of the correct guiding ideology and practical working methods,so that it didn't achieve better training results.But it also improved the quality of cadres.It was conducive to the development of the anti-Japanese war.
