Stalin's View And Its Enlightenment To China's National Work Study

Stalin is the longest leader of the Soviet Union's ruling time.It is the main maker of the national policy of the Soviet Union,an expert on the national theory,and has a more in-depth study of the national problem.His national outlook not only had far-reaching influence on Soviet Union at that time,but also significant for other socialist countries' national work.Under his guidance,the Communist Party of the Soviet Union united the forces of all nationalities and realized the modernization in the short term.The development of politics,economy,military,science and technology and culture was rapid,and the comprehensive national strength was obviously improved.However,in the course of the development of the Soviet Union,although the construction of the national state of the Soviet Union had made great progress in a certain period of time,in the later period,there were some deviations in Stalin's national view.The tendency of the Russian chauvinism was serious,the national economic policy was unbalance,and the cultural policy deviated from the Marxism Leninism principle.The policy of national integration,the transformation of national legal system and the worship of personality have laid a curse for the subsequent breakup of the Soviet Union.Similarly,as a multi-ethnic China,the development and change of ethnic relations also affect the overall planning,economic development and social stability of the country.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,leaders of all generations attached great importance to national work.Since the eighteen Party of the party,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary,set out from four comprehensive strategic layout,attached great importance to national work and made clear demands on doing a good job of national work.Therefore,the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of Stalin's national view and the study of the rationality and inadequacies of its national policy are of great significance to our country's properhandling of ethnic relations,the promotion of national unity,and the stability of the state.This article mainly explains the inspiration of Stalin's national view to our national work from three aspects.The first part mainly discusses Stalin's view of nationality.First,it expounds the historical background and theoretical origin of the formation of Stalin's national view,and then explains the content of Stalin's national theory from the aspects of Stalin's national definition,national equality thought,the theory of national self-determination,the theory of national integration and so on.The second part mainly makes an objective evaluation of Stalin's view of nationality.Starting with the practice of Stalin's national view in the Soviet society,this paper analyzes the positive effects,mistakes and reasons in the process of practice.The third part mainly analyzes the Enlightenment of Stalin's national view to the current national work in our country.By combing and analyzing the theory formation of Stalin's national view,the implementation of policy and the practice process of the Soviet Union,we can get some inspiration from the reality of the current national work in China and provide some theoretical reference and reference for our country to carry out the national work better.
