China Military Online was sponsored by the People's Liberation Army Newspaper.The predecessor was the online version of the People's Liberation Army Daily,which was founded on October 1,1999.China Military Online is a news comprehensive website formally approved by the relevant departments of the state and the armed forces.It relies on the Internet platform to release original military information and represents the military news media of the Chinese People's Liberation Army that transmits Chinese voices to countries in the world.In 1999,the People's Liberation Army Daily started the creation of an online version and access to the Internet.This is the predecessor of China's military network.In 2004,the electronic version of the Liberation Army Daily was formally launched under the name of the Chinese military network.Study China Military Online as a medium carrier,explore the current status and problems of red culture dissemination in the context of new media,find new ways and paths for the dissemination of red culture in the new media era,and explore the important role of the red spirit inspiring and inspiring morale.The red culture and the red spirit are constantly being layered and not lost in the new era,and they have become the inexhaustible power to melt the vitality and creativity of the Chinese nation.The introduction part introduces the research background and origin of this article.Through combing domestic and international literature on the spread of red culture,media research of the Chinese military network,and dissemination of new media,the new media context,the Chinese military network,and the red culture are defined,and China Military Online red is found from the perspective of the new media.The new perspective of cultural communication demonstrates the feasibility and necessity ofthis research.By sorting out the relevant references,we establish the object,method,meaning,and innovation of this article,and illustrate the design ideas of this study.The first chapter reviews the development history of China Military Online and the overview of the spread of red culture.First of all,we will sort out the history of the development of China's military network,analyze the characteristics of the authority of the dissemination of the red culture of China's military network,the seriousness of dissemination of content,and the particularity of the dissemination of value,and conclude that the red cultural dissemination content of China's military network is unattractive and the means of communication.It is relatively old and the communication platform is too single to communicate.The second chapter discusses the application and influence of new media technology in the spread of Chinese Red Army culture.In the context of the new media,China's military network is actively reforming and innovating,promoting the integration of newspapers and networks,continuously intensifying propaganda,improving the quality of military news,and using new media to develop and disseminate red culture.First,it outlines the column positioning and functional characteristics of China Military Online after the revision.Then he explained the use of Weibo,WeChat,and links to strengthen the integration of media to open up the red cultural multi-media dissemination platform;the storytelling of Mengdongdongtu,the three-dimensionalization of aerial video,the instantaneous presentation of live broadcast,the VR contextualization,and the H5 form Multi-dimensional perceptions and other Internet thinking are used to create three-dimensional communication content;the use of mobile micro-scene technology to enhance the influence of communication power,innovative military network red cultural transmission forms,broaden the dissemination channels,enrich the dissemination of content,enhance military-civil interaction,and improve the power of discourse.The third chapter rethinks the red cultural dissemination of China Military Online in the context of new media.We must make good use of new technologies,realize the integration of seriousness and entertainment,conduct cross-platform multi-channel communication in the context of media integration,and strengthen ideology in the modern public opinion field.Let the red culture in the new era to encourage military and civilian morale,glow new power,so that the revolution can be a steady flow of fire,from generation to generation.
