Research On Government Response To Internet Public Opinion On Emergent Public Incidents

With the rapid economic development,China has entered the phase of frequent public emergencies.Unexpected public events bring the security,property,and life-threatening hazards,in addition,due to the ongoing development of the Internet and the growing number of Internet users,large-scale Internet public opinion has been triggered,secondary crisis has emerged,and it has become a cause of social disharmony.Therefore,in the era of mobile Internet and self-media,how the government can effectively respond to public opinion-induced Internet public opinion and prevent the occurrence of secondary disasters is an urgent problem to be solved.On January 5,2016,an arson attack on a bus occurred in Yinchuan City,resulting in serious consequences for 18 passengers and 32 injured passengers.The local government responded for the first time.While carrying out emergency handling of public emergency incidents,it quickly carried out online public opinion feedback and public opinion guidance.It took many measures to set the agenda scientifically,to calm down public opinion in the shortest time,and to control the direction of public opinion.A more successful public opinion response case.In this article,the author analyzes the related research on public emergencies,online public opinion,and government responses through the literature research method,defines its concept and the theoretical relationship among the three,and constructively proposes a government response.The theoretical framework of the public event network public opinion.After using the case study method,based on the theoretical framework put forward in this paper,this paper deeply analyzed a series of evolutionary laws such as latent,eruption,spread,and regression of Internet public opinion in the “1·05” bus arson case in Yinchuan,and simultaneously responded to the discourse.The three dimensions of this incident,the action response and the institutional response,analyze and research the event's public sentiment response to the government,and discuss and summarize the realistic issues of the government response to public emergencies and public opinion response in order to achieve a reasonable and effective government network.Respond to constructive suggestions.
