The growing aging has brought serious pension burdens,so the country and society have begun to promote the development of the old-age service industry.So far it has formed the diversified elderly service system,which includes family pension,social pension,and community pension.In particular,the community elderly service combining the advantages of family pension and community pension has been widely concerned.And the concept of elderly service supply has opened up a new direction for the development of community elderly service.In the community service supply chain,elderly service products have the characteristics of non-simultaneity,customer influence and individual heterogeneity.And multi-stage supply chain structure has increased the complexity of supply and service matching.Facing changeable demand,there are contradictions between supply and demand,abnormal fluctuation of service ability,oversupply and undersupply in the current community elderly service supply chain,which affect the satisfaction of the elderly and the community reputation.Therefore,this research will coordinate and optimize the community elderly service supply chain to solve the above problemsBased on the practice of community pension,the research will use the system dynamics method to build models of community elderly service supply chain which contains service supplier,integrator and the elderly,aiming at finding and solving the problems in the supply chain.First,building the basic model of the community elderly service supply chain,and using the model to analysis the existing problems in the resource allocation and elderly satisfaction.Then,according to the problem of internal resource allocation,build information sharing model to optimize the supply chain.Finally,according to problems existing in the information sharing model,build the cross-chain collaboration model of cluster community elderly service supply chain to further optimize the supply chain.In order to solve the irrational allocation of resources and the low satisfaction of the elderly in the community elderly service supply chain,the research did simulation from many aspects.The results show that there are serious bullwhip effect in the supply chain of community pension service,the internal resource allocation of supply chain is unreasonable and the satisfaction of the elderly is low.The introduction of information sharing mechanism is conducive to reducing the degree of bullwhip effect and optimizing the internal resource allocation of the supply chain,but it cannot effectively improve the demand satisfaction rate of the elderly.Establishing cross-chain coordination mechanism between the supply chains is beneficial to optimize the allocation of resources in the cluster system,and improve the demand satisfaction rate of the elderly when the service capacity remains unchanged.In the process of optimizing the supply chain,with the increase of the demand satisfaction of the elderly,the quality of the elderly service is also improving,which in turn improves the satisfaction of the elderly.
