Research On Service Quality Management In Supply Chain Of Community Home Care Service

Nowadays,with the prosperous economy of lazy people and the increasingly popular service at home,with the acceleration of Chinese aging process and the "silver wave",China has a huge demand for old-age care,gradually exposing the problem of traditional institutional pensions and family-based pensions.The home-based pension model that relies on the community to provide day care services and on-site services appears and soon becomes more and more popular.The acceleration of the old-age service process has made the community home-based care service gradually prominent in the pluralistic pension model,and has gradually evolved into a pension service supply chain with relatively clear structure and its own characteristics.However,in the process of actual development,there are still some problems that affect the improvement of service quality.Among them,the most prominent problems are serious order accumulation,excessive workload,and weak processing capacity,the satisfaction of the elderly is not high and so on.Therefore,solving the problem of community home care service supply chain service quality plays a certain role in promoting the healthy development of Chinese old-age service industry,which is of great research value.Combine the literature and materials,summarize the current research situation at home and abroad,select the system dynamics that can study large-scale complex systems to analyze the community home care service supply chain,this paper summarize and abstract the problems in the supply chain operation process into variables.Then,analyze the relationship between service integrators and service providers in terms of order accumulation,target processing capability,emergency order processing capability,elderly satisfaction and workload,build a community home care service supply chain service quality model,and establish simulation equations.The model was simulated by using the service order rate of the elderly as the disturbance variable.The simulation results were compared and analyzed the trend of the order accumulation,target processing ability and the satisfaction of the elderly,and confirmed the existence of the service quality problem.Introduce the information sharing mechanism,optimize the original basic model,and then construct the information sharing model of the community home care service supply chain service quality.From the simulation results of the information sharing model,it can be seen that the service quality after information sharing is not introduced before.The sharing has been improved,which is reflected in the reduction of order accumulation,the gradual fluctuation of processing capacity,the weakening of workload and the improvement of the satisfaction of seniors' orders.At the same time,the operation efficiency of the community home care service supply chain is more efficient.The high efficiency is conducive to the healthy development of Chinese old-age service industry.
