Research On Performance Evaluation And Optimization Policy Of Public Transport Service In Cangzhou City

The vigorous development of urbanization in China not only promotes the process of modernization,but also affects people's living environment to a certain extent.Everything has two aspects,so we must adopt the dichotomy and the two-point theory.The contradiction between the supply and demand of urban transportation resources that accompanies urbanization is increasingly exposed.For example,the increasingly serious problem of urban traffic congestion poses challenges to the harmony of cities and the sustainable development of society.How to scientifically and effectively assess the city's priority in the development of public transport is a practical issue facing governments at all levels.In view of this,various localities have successively issued strategic plans for scientifically developing public transport and providing quality public transport service,and in order to realize its strategic plan,we must standardize the performance evaluation of urban public transport service,and then propose a plan to optimize urban public transport service.From the perspective of public management,this paper comprehensively uses the literature analysis method,comparative research method,investigation method and quantitative analysis method.The first step is to consult books,documents,and high-level papers related to urban public transport service and performance evaluation,to fully understand the history and current status of the research,to analyze and refine views that are instructive to this topic,and to draw on domestic and foreign research results.Based on the dialectical analysis and generalization of the evaluation of urban public transport service performance,the key factors in performance evaluation are analyzed.The indicators of urban public transport service performance are divided into government organizational guarantees,government management of the public transport industry,and government's Regulatory policies and government planning and control,on the basis of these four variables,are specifically divided into 12 indicators;then,a questionnaire for performance evaluation of public transport services in Cangzhou City was designed and questionnaires were issued at different time periods and locations.And recovery,in order to more realistic,more comprehensive understanding of the situation;Finally,we use SPSS22.0 data analysis software for the quantitative analysis of the questionnaire data collected,making reliability and validity tests and related analysis,and ultimately the results of the study.Based on the results of empirical analysis,the problems existing in the public transport service in Cangzhou City and the causes of the problems were analyzed.Based on this analysis,further analysis was made,such as increasing investment in public transport services in Cangzhou City,improving technical efficiency,configuration efficiency,and passenger satisfaction.A series of optimization policies to promote the provision of public transport service in Cangzhou City.Urban public transport service is an important component of the government's provision of public services and are closely related to people's lives.Optimizing local public transport service policies will not only help improve the public service level of local governments,but also benefit the urbanization of our country and the availability of urban public transport's continuous development.
