Study On Group Psychological Stress And Its Simulation Under Sudden Public Crisis

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of major emergencies in our country not only endangers social stability,but also causes loss of life and property.It will also have a great influence on the psychology of the audience.If it is not handled in time,it may lead to the panic of the group,and it is very likely to derive the secondary crisis.In the case of public crisis,easing public panic is the most important task of emergency management.Public panic is the manifestation of psychological stress.It is particularly important to understand the process of psychological stress and to explore the mechanism behind panic behavior.At present,scholars at home and abroad have less research on the psychological stress process of the affected groups in the public crisis situation,mainly for the empirical study of psychological stress and its influencing factors.In order to minimize the psychological impact of the public crisis on the audience,it is necessary to carry out in-depth study on the psychological stress process of the group under the sudden public crisis.Firstly,the present research situation of psychological stress in emergencies is reviewed,and the related theories of public crisis,psychological stress and agent are introduced.Secondly,according to the characteristics of public emergencies and psychological stress,this paper analyzes the causes of individual psychological stress response in the group,mainly in external and internal aspects,and puts forward the psychological stress process which mainly includes three stages: formation,development and termination of psychological stress.This paper specifically elaborates the characteristics of three stages of psychological stress,and the feasibility of Agent modeling for group psychological stress is analyzed.Thirdly,based on the feasibility of Agent modeling of psychological stress,the main body of four kinds of agents includes individual public crisis,audience,social support and crowd environment,and the attributes of each subject are defined respectively.According to the "reduction of the world" design principle,the influence rules of four kinds of Agent main bodies are designed,and this paper establish the group psychological stress model under the sudden public crisis.Finally,taking the November 13,2005 Hua Ji explosion water pollution incident as an example,the group's psychological stress was simulated to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.The intervention measures of psychological stress were put forward,mainly from social support and crowd environment.Respectively,this paper changed the intensity of social support and the size of the population environment to intervene the psychological stress of the group.The result will provide some useful policy suggestions for the emergency management of unexpected public crisis in china.
