Research On Improving Administrative Efficiency Of Beidaihe District

Administrative efficiency refers to the assessment of the effectiveness of the administrative work of state administrative organs and relevant politicians,which is the key factor to determine the quality of administrative work.Therefore,improving administrative efficiency is the goal pursued by the whole administration.Xi Jinping stressed the need to further raise the level of macro-control,improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the government,enhance the vitality of social development,promote social harmony and stability,strengthen punishment and prevent corruption system construction.Therefore,it is of practical significance to improve administrative efficiency in Beidaihe District.This paper makes use of the methods of literature analysis,comparative study,questionnaire and so on,and makes use of relevant theories of public management to put forward problems,observe phenomena,analyze causes,draw lessons from experience and provide solutions.First of all,this paper analyzes the present situation of administrative efficiency in beidaihe district,and combs through the main problems,which mainly include the overlapping of functions,overlapping of institutions,large number of leading cadres,serious bureaucracy,procedural and low efficiency.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of these problems,such as the inadequacy of organizational rationality,imperfect personnel management system and lack of effective supervision of administration.Finally,from the domestic local government administrative efficiency improvement experience,from the deepening of the administrative approval system reform,continuous promotion of decentralization;To further enhance the capacity of the Government in public service;Modest control of the overall size of Beidaihe government departments;To continuously promote the economic welfare of residents of Beidaihe district;To accelerate the development of the Beidaihe area government disclosure five aspects put forward to improve the administrative efficiency of countermeasures.In theory,this paper can enrich the basic materials and achievements of theoretical research,and in practice,it can provide some valuable methods to improve the administrative efficiency of Beidaihe area,and provide reference and reference for similar regions.
