In 2013,the central rural work conference put forward that "China stronger,agriculture must be strong;China to the United States,the countryside must be beautiful;China to the rich,the countryside must be rich".In order to achieve the goal of "Two for one hundred years",the construction of beautiful countryside is imperative.Do a good job in the process of building a beautiful countryside investigation and study,to expand the role of the typical model to find problems and deficiencies,for the better development of this work has far-reaching significance.In this paper,on the basis of relevant experience at home and abroad,combined with the specific situation of Beidaihe District,the construction of the beautiful countryside,the beautiful countryside construction theory research and analysis of the present situation of the construction of rural practical case,summarize the experience,lesson analysis,clarify the reasons,combing the countermeasures,promote further perfection and development of theory of beautiful countryside the construction of the model and provide reference for rural construction.This paper mainly studies the achievements and problems of the construction of beautiful countryside in Beidaihe District,and adopts the methods of literature analysis,field investigation,case analysis and comparative analysis.The main research contents are the current situation,main methods,area construction and 3 beautiful rural cases in Beidaihe district.Analysis of the main problems existing in Beidaihe beautiful countryside construction,the main problems are the construction of a single source of funds between village construction is not balanced,rich little effort,lack of cultural heritage,the construction achievements and design gap and so on,through in-depth analysis and formation reasons of these problems,that is mainly due to the economic level of government is not high,grassroots cadres ideological factors is weak,the industrialization level is low,the construction of spiritual culture deeply,as a result of the lack of long-term management and protection mechanisms.Based on literature analysis and field research,combined with the actual proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,thatpromote the construction of capital socialization,strengthen rural cadres management,promote diversified development,strengthening the construction of spiritual culture,exploring the long-term management of these measures can help the construction of the beautiful countryside can better and faster,sustainable development.
