Research On The Administrative Supervision Function Of CPPCC In Minority Areas

The Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference is an important institution for multiparty cooperation and political consultation led by the Communist Party of China.It is the concrete embodiment of the multiparty cooperation and political consultation system led by the Communist Party of China.In recent years,the international and domestic situation is complex and changeable.How to further improve the ruling level of the Communist Party of China and to deal with new problems and challenges has become an urgent task for the Communist Party of China to face the new situation.And strengthening supervision,especially the administrative supervision of the work about the party and the government,has become an important way to make the work of the party and government more scientific and democratic.At present,our country has established the socialist supervision system with the main contents of the inner-party supervision,the supervision of the people's Congress,the administrative supervision,the judicial supervision,the democratic supervision and the public supervision,so as to realize the diversified development of the supervision work.In this supervision system,the democratic supervision of the CPPCC plays a vital role,especially the administrative supervision work under the supervisory function of the Democratic Political Consultative Conference,which plays an important role in promoting scientific decision-making and democratic decision-making of the party and the government.Through the study of the nature,characteristics and significance of the people's Political Consultative Conference,especially this situation of the people's Political Consultative Conference in Inner Mongolia,as well as the current situation of administrative supervision,it is found that the current people's Political Consultative Conference has such problems which show the unequal condition in many aspects including contents and forms,status and function,supervision right and supervision right protection,supervision effects and the requirement of the overseers.By using the scientific methods such as experiential Summary method,comparative study method and literature study,this paper not only analyzes the development history of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's Political Consultative Conference and the characteristics of ethnic and regional areas but also elaborates the historical opportunity which strengthen the administrative supervision of the people's Political Consultative Conference,and then the thesis further proposes the effective measures like strengthening the local legislation to guarantee the supervision of the people's Political Consultative Conference and so on.
