The Effect Of Community Participation In Rural Community In Hubei Province Evaluation Study

With the development and transformation of rural society in China,after year s of rural industrial development and the process of urbanization in China,the tra nsformation of traditional villages through transformation or reconstruction to rural communities is to adapt to new forms of social development.Rural communities are not only the most direct level for the rural social management,but also the basic platform for the integration of urban and rural development,or the new carr ier of rural people's production and life.Therefore,rural community management is essentially national and social management Grass-roots connection points,the ne ed for national and social compound management,to achieve the new rural constr uction and farmers living in the new space construction of the dual goals.Rural community is an important way to build new rural areas in our country.Rural co mmunity construction has been put forward in the whole country for some time,so it is necessary to carry out evaluation and research through the subject and eff ect of each stage after development.In this paper,through the investigation and study on the effect of community development and community development in Hubei rural areas,this paper reflects the effect of community participation in rural areas of Hubei.First of all,throug h the relevant theoretical research and conceptual definition of rural community.S econd,the selection of Hubei rural community as a representative object of resear ch,through the study of the establishment of the development of production,well-off life,rural civilization,clean and village management and democratic managem ent of five categories of indicators and 25 specific estimates Indicators to build th e index system,which includes the three townships of the villagers conducted a q uestionnaire survey,with the relevant specific indicators using AHP for data analysis results.At the same time,I interviewed government officials to understand the attitude and basic situation of the government as a participant in rural communit y.Finally,on the basis of the advanced practice at home and abroad,suggestions are put forward to analyze the change of the "government" "social organization" and "peasant" roles by analyzing the results of the evaluation system and the inte rview results.
