Although we have made great achievements in combating poverty,our anti-poverty efforts in the past were all led by the government.Under this logic,the poverty alleviation measures of the market mechanism should have been fully utilized(such as industrial poverty alleviation and finance Poverty alleviation is also under the strong intervention of the government,which has created a market mechanism and is bound to cause market-oriented poverty alleviation methods to suffer setbacks.Some cases in this article,such as the Biqiao Village,Kongshan Village,Xijiang Miao Village,and Gaokan Village The problems that have arisen have illustrated this point.The emergence of this phenomenon has to allow us to reflect on the means of market-based poverty alleviation.In theory,market-based poverty alleviation is an effective means of poverty alleviation.Many cases in this paper and relevant empirical analysis have also proved this point.However,why effective poverty alleviation methods have frequently failed in practice? The reason for this is marketization.The essence of poverty alleviation means is still in the market,and its logic must follow the laws of the market.However,the current government-led model will inevitably affect the effective functioning of the market mechanism.Therefore,in view of this,we must sort out the relationship between the government and the market in helping the poor with marketization,but how to rationalize this relationship is the starting point of this study.In essence,the market-based approach to poverty alleviation uses market mechanisms and relies on market players.Market-based poverty alleviation is actually a process in which the government introduces interest-oriented market players in place of government to replace poverty-reducing responsibilities.Poverty alleviation means that the essence of market-based poverty alleviation needs to make use of the effectiveness of the market.The government must withdraw its dominant position in order to play the market's effectiveness,and serve as a guide for market players in the market-oriented poverty alleviation.At the same time,the government should handle it properly.Good relations with the market,while the government should fully play the role of "supervisor","server","coordinator".First,the main content and perspectives of this articleThis article has six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly discusses the research background,purpose,significance,research methods,innovations of the research,and the definition of related concepts and literature review.The literature review part mainly summarizes the previous research results from three aspects.They are about the research on the government functions of the predecessors,the research on the relationship between the government and the market,the research on the role of the government in the market-based poverty alleviation,and the understanding of the predecessors' research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is the theoretical basis.It mainly elaborates the theoretical basis for the study of this issue.The “market failure” and “government failure” of mainstream economics are the theoretical basis for studying the relationship between the government and the market.Therefore,in this chapter,the paper mainly introduces the definition of market failure and government failure and related content,and gives a simple discussion of the role of government.This paper provides theoretical support for the adaptation of the role of the market-oriented poverty alleviation government.The third chapter to the sixth chapter are the main parts of this article,mainly from the market-based poverty alleviation effectiveness,practical cases of market-based poverty alleviation,and empirical analysis to summarize the government's role in market-based poverty alleviation.Among them,the third chapter discusses the effectiveness of market-based poverty alleviation,and discusses the effectiveness of market-based poverty alleviation from perspectives of the evolution of market-based poverty alleviation,the case of market-based poverty alleviation effectiveness,empirical analysis,and problems existing in market-based poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter mainly seeks the government's role logic through market-oriented poverty alleviation practice.First,through some cases,it is shown that the role of government in the market-based poverty alleviation is discomfort,and then theoretically analyzes the reasons for the discomfort of the
