Group Evolution Game In The Public Crisis Of Doctor-patient Conflict

In recent years,the contradiction between doctors and patients has become more and more intense,which has caused the situation of both medical workers and patients,threatening social security and stability.In the amendment of criminal law nine,the formal admission of medical activities to the sentence also embodies the attention of the government to the contradiction between doctors and patients,and it is imminent to dissolve the disputes between doctors and patients and reconstruct a harmonious society.In this paper,taking the incident of Dr.Chen Zhongwei as a case,using the Baidu index,public opinion index and related research data,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the public crisis events of the Doctor-patient Conflict,explores the influence of the policy behavior of the government,the hospital and the patient,and builds three on the basis of evolutionary game theory.The dynamic evolution model of the main part is simulated and analyzed by parameter assignment.The results show that the strategy selection of the three parties under the background of different external environment has a great influence on the governance of the medical and patient public crisis.It is mainly affected by the compensation of the compliance behavior,the punishment of the illegal behavior under the government supervision,the cost of compliance and the incentive of the superior departments to the supervision behavior.The influence of the factors,the timely implementation of the compliance under the subsidy,the strengthening of the punishment of theviolation and the reduction of the cost under the compliance behavior can encourage the parties to close the individual interests to the collective interests and promote the maximization of social welfare.At the end of the article,we put forward constructive suggestions from the angle of each subject and the angle of social public crisis management to optimize the game path of the government,hospital and patients.
