| Public security supervision system is important to improve the internal supervision system of public security organization,keep the authority of the police and secure the civilian's rights.With case handling,management services and other police actions become more and more active,the problems such as the illegal operations,discipline and low management service efficiency are more obvious,due to that the traditional supervision system has been more or less unsuitable for the current situation.Public security on-line supervision system is essential to realize the modernization of information police service and improve the working efficiency for supervision department.Nevertheless,the exiting public security on-line supervision system has partly built,but it is hard to reach the requirements in the Ministry of Public Security.Therefore,it is necessary for Yongzhou city Public Security system to construct the public security on-line supervision system under the guidelines from Ministry & Provincial Department of Public Security and maximize the working efficiency of public security supervision system,finally achieve the connection with the ones in province and country.In this thesis,the author first analyzed the current status of municipal on-line supervision system and problems encountered on aspects like planning,management,hardware,and maintenance.Then based on system architecture,management system,technological level and operation maintenance,construction solutions were carried out.Constructing online application systems as video supervision,voice supervision,satellite positioning supervision,police task supervision,police tasks evaluation and comprehensive application in detail.This helps to level up the hardware and overall integration. |
