Study On The Innovation Of Cadres' Incentive Mechanism Of Organization Department In Yongzhou City

Innovation of cadres'incentive mechanism of organization department, required continually exploration, practice and perfection, is a new project. Under the influence of the existing incentive mechanism, cadres of organization department in Yongzhou City hold a firm political stand , their team structure is optimizing steadily , their working ability is enhancing constantly and their work style is improving significantly; However, with the development of society, there is still a certain gap exist in cadres'work ability , work efficiency. Thus, it is urgent to improve cadres'work enthusiasm, initiative and creativity and perfect the incentive mechanism.Combined the current issues with theoretical study and based on the author's own working experience, this paper makes a tentative study on the innovation of cadres'incentive mechanism of organization department in Yongzhou City. Firstly, this paper introduces the relative concepts and theories about incentive mechanism, and then it gives a brief review of the development of cadres'incentive mechanism of organization department, followed by the research significance. Secondly, based on a large amount of data and some specific cases, this paper analyzes the current situation and gives a sharp insight to the reasons that caused the existing problems. Thirdly, focusing on improving and optimizing internal and external mechanisms, this paper proposes a good way to strengthen the construction of cadre team of organization department through six aspects'innovation, included: selecting and appointing mechanism, material incentive mechanism, the spiritual incentive mechanism, education and training mechanism, performance evaluation mechanism, supervision and restraint mechanism.
