Labor is the basic means for mankind to meet the needs of survival and realize its own value.Employment is an important prerequisite for workers to realize their labor rights and fulfill their labor obligations.At present,women are still discriminated against in the field of employment.This gender discrimination is not only manifested in the recruitment process,in the process of labor contract performance,for the work of the unit to create the same value of male and female employees in the labor remuneration,training and promotion opportunities can not enjoy the same treatment.Equal employment is an important manifestation of the basic human rights theory in the field of employment,to achieve fair employment,to eliminate gender discrimination in employment,the need for national legislation,justice and other means and the community work together.The text is divided into four parts.The first chapter introduces the concept and theoretical basis related to the female employment right,and provides the theoretical basis for the construction of the equal female employment right system by analyzing the basic connotation and significance of the female employment right.The second chapter reviews the development history of women's employment right in our country,and introduces the legal system of the existing female's right to employment.This chapter reveals the causes and creates further analysis of the causes of gender discrimination in employment.The third chapter analyzes the female employment security system outside the domain.In the fourth chapter,the author puts forward some measures to improve the employment right of women.By making up the shortcomings of the existing laws and combining with the demand situation of the female employment market,some measures are put forward from the perspectives of legislation,law enforcement and supervision.
