In recent years, the impact of the economic crisis, the number of college graduates rose and society of women employment prejudice cause, women’s employment quantity although improved but is still lower than men, and in China from the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China attached great importance to the problem of equality between men and women, therefore also enacted laws and regulations all to safeguard women’s rights, but in fact these laws and regulations did not play their full role, the female employment discrimination still exists, and the female employment discrimination is bound to the healthy development of a socialist harmonious society,thus eliminating discrimination against women in employment, achieving gender equality employment has become a problem that is worth studying very much. One of the important reasons for employment discrimination against women are repeated, laws and regulations is to promote the equal employment of women is not perfect and lack of supervision mechanism is weakening and the gender consciousness. Therefore, this paper to the point of view of public policy, using the method of inductive analysis on women equal employment laws and regulations to sort out, policy and the effectiveness of deletion was found, further operation of the lack of employment policy reason analysis and foreign related laws and regulations policy result analysis, on this basis,combined with the national conditions of our country put forward the feasible suggestions and countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background of this paper, purpose and significance, literature review,innovation and deficiencies, as discussed later laid the foundation. To lay the foundation for the second part is the definition of related concepts and theoretical elaboration, this part of the several important concepts and theoretical explanation, only clear definitionconcepts and theories will be after the writing, so this part of even a connecting link between the preceding and the following and throughout the text. The third part is the analysis of the women’s equal employment policy. Based on the perspective of public policy inductive analysis of the existing policy, only in-depth understanding of policy to know the policy of our country blind spots and advantage, these are for the discussion foreshadowed. The fourth part is about the existing employment policies for deletions and reasons for equal employment of women. Only by understanding the deficiencies and reasons of our existing policies, can we make the adjustment and perfect according to the gender, so as to eliminate the root causes of female employment discrimination and realize the equal employment of women. The fifth part is countermeasures and suggestions to realize the equal employment opportunities for women, after analyzed and expounded the policy of the western countries, to find the success of their policies,and in the spirit of seeking truth from facts combined with the situation of our country,the reasonable adjustment and improvement to the public policy of our country, in order to achieve the goal of gender equality in employment.The from the public policy of our country existing security women equal employment of uses the inductive analysis method, comparative research method reveals some problems existing in the current employment policies of our country,through the discussion of this paper hope to find employment policy reason to keep making but still the root cause of ineffective, this paper argues that China’s policy there is no reason to reason due to the effect of the policy is not perfect and supervision of law enforcement is not in place, and policy in the formulation and implementation of gender consciousness and lack of, and therefore put forward the effective improvement measures, as soon as possible in order to eliminate discrimination against women in employment, the realization of women’s equal employment.
