At present,there is a common phenomenon in rural reality in China,which has bec ome one of the main reasons for the rural fact orphans to drop out of school.Rural fact o rphans due to the lack of parents' care,lack of family education,the imperfection of prot ection system,rural fact orphans are not completely in the sense of orphans,not include d in the orphans welfare system,fail to get the government and social issues,such as eff ective intervention and support rural orphans learning and living by a certain degree of i nfluence,and rural fact orphan as is in the midst of the school-age special groups,its wi despread weariness problem has become a prominent problem,the emphasis on educati on in today's society have been an extensive concern by people from all walks of life.This study through literature and combined with their own internship experience and field investigation results,by participate in observation and depth interview method,the selection of the fact that two rural orphans as director,using the strategy of humanistic therapy,according to the different situation of director to carry out the case for social work,to improve rural orphans facts weariness,boost rural orphans to the healthy growth of the facts.This study is divided into four parts.The first part mainly elaborates the research reason and the research summary.Including the question,research significance and domestic and foreign related research review.The second part elaborates the research design of this study.Includes detailed description of research ideas,research methods and research tools.The third part is the practical intervention part of the case social work using humanistic therapy,which is the core part of this research.This part elaborates on the complete case this study of social work intervention process,including freelanced and build relationships,setting case social work intervention goals and involved in planning,implementing case social work intervention process,evaluation and final.First,before the intervention of the case social work,the social workers used the way of visiting the home to check the true situation of the rural reality orphans' aversion to learning,and to determine the perpetrators through the scale.Then,the social workers,based on the estimated scores of the scale,make detailedintervention goals and intervention plans for the two owners according to the actual situation of the case.This study will intervene from the perspective of the case social work,and use humanistic therapy to study and analyze the weariness of rural reality orphans according to the specific situation of the two cases.In the process of implementation of the case for social work intervention,the researchers will follow the idea of humanistic therapy,fact orphans in the rural areas as the center,respect for the rural orphans facts of subjectivity,respect,understanding,care and unconditional acceptance of director,director would be encouraged to express inner experience,focus on rural orphans facts personal value,and then discusses its own self-concept,relationship with others,as well as the attitude of learning,believe that rely on the director's own strength can be self-directed,self-development and self-realization,to form a sound personality.In the final evaluation and closing stage,the researcher once again carried out a scale measurement work for the client,and evaluated and summarized the results based on the data changes of the score and evaluation score of the scale.The fourth part is the research summary section,mainly elaborates the summary and the reflection and corresponding suggestion of this research.This section first summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of this study from two aspects: the relevance of humanistic therapy to improve the emotional disgust of rural orphans and the involvement of individual social work;and secondly,through the preparations and interventions before the intervention of social work from individual cases.Rethinking in the three aspects of the use of skills in the process and the evaluation work after the end of the intervention;Finally,put forward relevant suggestions from the four levels of individual,family,school and society in comprehensive literature research,individual social work intervention process,evaluation and reflection.It aims to improve the problem of rural school children's tiredness of schooling and help rural facts orphans grow healthily.
