Problems In The Care Of Fact Orphans In Rural Areas And Their Countermeasures

China's national strength is becoming stronger and stronger,its economic development has reached unprecedented heights,and the social welfare policy has been more and more perfect.The moderate welfare oriented child welfare policy has opened a prelude to more children's policy dividends.In the early stage of China's children's welfare policy,the scope of child protection has been widened,and it is no longer a supplementary child welfare policy.As a special part of the children's group,the group of difficult children has been widely concerned by the society because of the continuous improvement of welfare policy.In the academic community and the government,children in the difficult position,the "special orphans" have been widely concerned.At present,the fact orphans have been included in the contents,the poor basic care infrastructure and the low comprehensive quality of the caring people,the situation of the fact orphans in rural areas has distinct rural characteristics compared with that of the city.Most of the fact orphans have problems in learning,psychological problems,and the right to development is limited.In this paper,through the analysis of the survival needs of rural"orphans",according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,we analyze the difficulties faced by the fact orphans and the short board of the relevant policies,and find a feasible way to care for
