Group Work Intervention In Negative Emotions Of Rural Fact Orphans

Youth is an important group of social work services,rural fact orphans groups belongs to that weak part,and about the healthy development of rural orphans especially on physical and mental facts emotional problems has always been an important part of the youth work at home and abroad.The author takes the fact Orphan Negative Emotion Management Group in H Town,E zhou City,Hubei Province as an example to investigate,analyze and intervene in the situation of the fact orphans in rural areas,not only to understand the negative emotional problems existing in the fact orphans,we try to excavate their potential,set up correct self-concept,help them to solve their negative emotional distress,and also provide some practical reference for the later group work to intervene in this aspect of the research.This article has seven parts,the first part is the introduction part,reviews the domestic and foreign research on the rural fact orphans emotional problems,and provides some guidance and reference for the practical intervention of this paper.At the same time,the research methods,research ideas and related core concepts are introduced and explained in detail;The second part is the situation and reason analysis of the negative emotion of rural facts orphans,discusses the emotional problems of the service object reality,and expounds the causes of negative emotion from various aspects;The third part is the practical process,section one is the design of service intervention scheme,including the background,purpose,recruitment and plan of the group work.Section two is the practice intervention part,a total of seven group activities,from understanding emotions,expressing emotions to understand negative emotions,how to deal with negative emotions,to establish the right self concept,to solve negative emotions,and to achieve group goals.Section three is the group assessment,which assesses the effectiveness of the team in both process and outcome aspects;The fourth part analyzes the difficulties in this research process and give some suggestions;The last part is the summary of this article,from the full text height,summarize the overall content of the study,reflect on the shortcomings of the research,and provide some direction for future research.This study is devoted to helping the rural orphans to set up the correct self-concept,not only to tap their potential,help them to solve the negative emotional distress,but also out of the dilemma.
