The importance of encouraging education is undeniable.We can only give full play to the effect of incentive education and promote the all-round development of young children by following incentive principle and rational motivator.The activity of "Eyas fight for medals" is a brand activity of China youth team,motivating young pioneers to overcome difficulties and self-challenge,it has become an important carrier of education for children.In recent years,the young pioneers activity curriculum gradually entered the school curriculum,the activity of "Eyas fight for medals " value has also been rediscovered and improved.As the incentive mechanism of young pioneers,the main purpose of "Eyas fight for medals" is to set up correct values,cultivate the ability to survive and develop,and form good habits.The activity of "Eyas fight for medals" needs to be carried out effectively in the preparatory stage,stage and evaluation stage of the competition.Therefore,there needs to be an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the activity itself.So that this study is based on J primary school of H city and conducts in-depth investigation and analysis of activities.The paper is divided into five parts:The first is the introduction,It mainly illuminates the origin of the problem.purpose and significance of the research,the key points and innovations.Chapter one is literature review.The present situation of development of "incentive education ","incentive strategy" and "young eagle competition" is described.This paper reviews the current research status of incentive education and the activities and confirm the theoretical basis of this study.The insufficiency of the research of the competition chapter also provides a new perspective for this study.In the second chapter,the author introduces the need hierarchy theory,the theory of fairness and the theory of target theory,and expounds the guiding significance of relevant theories to the competition.The third chapter is the analysis of current situation.After the interview and observation implementation and data processing,This paper summarizes the achievements and existing problems in the activities of "the eagle scout" from cognitive intention,activity function,activity topic selection,activity content,activity aspect.The problems existing in the competition are summarized as the lack of emphasis on the activities of the school,the lack of professional qualities of the counselor,the unsound mechanism of the competition and the limited resources of the competition.The fourth chapter is about the existing problems and causes of the competition in the last chapter,and provides Suggestions for improving the incentive effect of the competition.This study suggests that the competition activities can mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of young children,and promote the development of young children better and faster.Leaders should update education concept and look at the career of young pioneers in the light of development,and realize the important of the competition.The Content and form look at the needs of children.The activity content is updated in time and combines various forms of activity.The development of the external resources,the increase of the activity funds,the development and utilization of the parents resources,more needs to develop the new space for the competition,and then improve the incentive effect of the "Eyas fight for medals" campaign.
