Study And Solution On The Present Situation Of Competencies Of Undergraduate Academic Cadet

It is obviously that the pace of deepening reform is speeding up and the military demands are changing.In recent years,a part of the military academic graduates cannot quickly adapt to the grass-roots units demands for lacking of necessary competencies,which has become a prominent problem.However,after studying the problem-related report of the domestic and aboard,few research related to this sort of problem were found.This research mainly focuses on the current situation of military academic graduates' posts competencies.By the way of questionnaire survey,the developmental condition and confronted problems of military academic graduates in the grass-roots units are investigated.With the interview survey,reasons that results in this recent situation are discovered.During this time,combined with my more than ten years of grass-roots management experience,the basic quality and the developmental quality that required in the grass-root units are summarized.Finally,based on the analysis of reasons that results in this reason situation,the practicable suggestion to the institutions,troops and individual are respectively put forward.
