Study On The Training Of The Student's Ability To Work

Whether Cadets can be cultured enough working ability or not,which is directly related to the future development of military combat capacity and the result of building a strong army.So this paper absorbed the foreign military talent training experience,and made an elaboration of cadets working ability's specific requirements.To help to improve the quality of military cadets,this paper gave some ideas and suggestions for making military talent training scheme better.First of all,the West Point is the representative military academy which has ample experience in culturing cadets' work ability.This paper has chosen some military academies like the West Point to research their cultured method and summary these foreign military's experience in cultivating the cadets' working ability.These will be helpful to provide reference about how to cultivate military cadets' proper working ability well.Then according to the future development of military forces and war under the information condition's requirements,this paper will point out the requirements of cultivating military cadets' working ability,which can be named "three kind of accomplishment and five kinds of ability"(ideal belief literacy,literacy,information and human culture,command combat capability,organizational training capability,political work ability,education and management ability,innovation ability),and expounds the concrete connotation of the quality and ability.According to the result of questionnaire for NUDT's cadets and graduates,this paper will discuss the disadvantages of cultivating military cadets' working ability system,and will give opinions and suggestions to help improve quality of cultivating cadets' working ability,in order to provide enlightenment and help to the cultivation of our military personnel.
