The job burnout of Armed Police soldiers was related not only to both their health and job performance, but to the overall development of the Armed Police Forces. In this study,"armed police job stress questionnaire"、"positive psychological capital Questionnaire (PPQ)" and "armed police Maslach Burnout Inventory" was used to conduct a survey of working pressure, psychological capital and burnout about525soldiers from Hunan Armed Police Corps, and investigate the role of the relationship between them and the differences in demographic variables. Based on the findings, we can make recommendations on troop management in order to mitigate and prevent burnout of soldiers to promote the comprehensive development of the troops.The conclusions drawn by this research were as follows:First, Armed police work stress and burnout level is in the moderate, psychological capital on the middle. Work stress, burnout and psychological capital differences In education, military service, job, manpower, the nature of the unit, only child and so on.Second, There is a significant correlation of working pressure and psychological capital about armed soldiers.working load, interpersonal roles, working competence,working features and job stress scores has significanx negative correlation with total scores and each dimension of psychological capital. Personal development has significant positive correlation with self-efficacy, hope and psychological capital scores.Third, There is a significant correlation of working pressure and job burnout about armed soldiers. Among them:working load, interpersonal roles,working competence,working features, economic pressure and job stress scores has significant positive correlation with total scores and each dimension of job burnout. Personal development has significant negative correlation with the reduction of personal accomplishment and Total score of job burnout. Regression analysis showed that: working load, working competence, working features has positive effect on job burnout;personal development has negative effect on the job burnout.Fourth, scores of psychological capital of Armed Police soldiers as well as dimensions has a significant negative correlation with scores of job burnout as well as dimensions. Psychological capital scores negatively predict job burnout.Fifth, psychological capital worked as mediator between job stress and job burnout. Where:psychological capital has negative moderating effects on the relationship between job characteristics and job burnout and had positive moderating effects on the relationship between personal development and job burnout.
