Research On The Participation Of The Fuzhou Youth Social Organizations In Social Governance

With the continuous development of Chinese society and economy,the process of social transformation and urbanization of China have been accelerating,meanwhile,the function of government is changing quickly.Therefore,the traditional mode of governance cannot meet the needs of social management.Furthermore,it is not sole subject to implement this function.Youth social organizations is actively strengthening the participation of society,expanding the field of public services,realizing public and social value and so forth when government and market cannot provide the across the abroad management in society.To fill up the field that they cannot cover is becoming more and more important in promoting the social governance structure of multiple cores.How to participate in social governance effectively by exerting the function of main body has become the problem government and youth social organizations need to consider deeply.This thesis is making research on the participation of social governance of the Fuzhou youth social organizations through investigation and research,analysis of cases,interview and so on.First of all,the statement of this research,to define the concepts of social organizations,youth social organizations and social governance mentioned here,state important theory of related contents used in this thesis,for example,governance,NGO,negligence of duty of government and market,Xi's important remarks on the work of the youth and communist youth league.Secondly,to present the situation and characteristics of the participation of youth social organizations in social governance in Fuzhou by visiting relevant departments like civil affairs,communist youth league and some parts of the Fuzhou youth social organizations.Thirdly,to analyze some problem existed in the youth social organizations,which is based on the investigation and interviews with the leaders of the civil affairs,communist youth league and the Fuzhou youth social organizations.In addition,to analyze comprehensively external environment,all the organizations related to this topic.Finally,to give feasible advices to promote youth social organizations to join the governance of society from the aspects of optimizing the development of external environment,standardizing the internal management mechanism of the organizations,strengthening the guiding role of the communist youth league,and inspiring the participation enthusiasm of the public,which are based on the actual phenomenon and situation of Fuzhou.
