A Study On The Quality Of Life For Disabled Persons In Jiangsu Province

The nineteen major reports of the party have pointed out that in order to ensure and improve the livelihood of the people in development,new progress has been made in the development of ‘child education,learning to teach,work on income,medical treatment,health,living and weak support'.As a special vulnerable group,the disabled is the short board to achieve the goal of building a harmonious society in an all-round way.Therefore,the quality of life of the disabled should be evaluated comprehensively and objectively,and the living conditions of the disabled should be gradually improved according to the results of the evaluation.In order to achieve the‘complete building of a well-off society in an all-round way,one of the disabled can not be less' in 2020.Using the data of the special investigation of the disabled in Jiangsu Province,the demographic characteristics of the disabled in Jiangsu province were analyzed from the aspects of gender,household registration,marital status,age,education,disability grade,disability type and one household disability.On the basis of the definition of the quality of life of the disabled,it selects 16 representative indicators to build an indicator system for the quality of life for the disabled from eight aspects of income,housing,education,poverty alleviation,social security,rehabilitation,culture and sports,marriage and so on,and the combination weighting method based on entropy value and AHP is used to determine index weight.The TOPSIS method is used to measure the living quality of the disabled in 13 cities in Jiangsu province from the above eight aspects,and then the 13 cities in the province are divided into four types through systematic clustering.The ideal degree of the quality of life for the disabled and the shortcomings and problems of the existence of the disabled are analyzed in the longitudinal direction.The study shows that the quality of life of the disabled in Jiangsu province has a general situation of unbalanced regional development,and the eight aspects of the quality of life in different areas are also different in different regions.The level of regional economic development has become the key factor affecting the level of the public service supply for the disabled.The development of rehabilitation,employment and poverty,housing and marriage also affect the quality of life of the disabled to a great extent.Based on the above research,it is proposed to set up a ‘modern civilized society for the disabled';Improving the level of education for disabled persons and promoting the employment of disabled persons to increase the income of the disabled.We should scientifically plan the basic public services for the disabled,and implement a tilted institutional policy.Improving the laws and regulations of marriage and family for disabled people so as to achieve a good family structure for the disabled.Enriching the cultural and sports life of the disabled and meeting the mental needs of the disabled.So as to constantly narrow the differences between regions and gradually improve the quality of life for the disabled.
