Research On The Development Of Pension Service Industry In Ru Zhou City

The aging of population is a major social problem facing our country.China has a large population base.With the accelerated aging of the population,the contradiction between the old-age care needs of the elderly population and the current level of old-age care services is becoming increasingly prominent.Old-age care problems not only refer to material problems,but also include life care,spiritual comfort,medical care and other problems,which requires the establishment of a set of old-age care service system that can meet the needs of the elderly.How to solve the old-age care problem of the elderly population in China is a test of our country's social development and the government's ability to govern.Located in the central and western part of henan province,ruzhou is a county and city of medium economic scale.However,its aging level is higher than the national average.Under the social background,ruzhou government has taken a number of measures to promote the development of the old-age care service industry.This paper analyses the current situation of the development of the pension service industry,and expounds the writing background and research significance of this paper.This paper summarizes the research status of the pension service industry at home and abroad,and then introduces the research methods and theoretical tools adopted in this paper.Secondly,starting from the current situation of the development of the old-age service industry in Ruzhou,through on-the-spot investigation and visits to the relevant departments of the old-age service industry in Ruzhou,this paper studies and discusses the old-age service industry in Ruzhou,reflecting the current situation and existing problems of the county-level old-age service industry in China.Thirdly,it elaborates and analyses the main factors affecting the development of the old-age service industry in this city,and then explore the western and China's advanced regional experience,the Enlightenment of Ruzhou City.Finally,Suggestions and countermeasures are provided for the further development of ruzhou pension service industry,so as to enrich the theoretical research on the pension service industry in China,provide the basis for local government decision-making and make China's pension service industry get better development.
