Research On Law Enforcement Reform Of Urban Management In Shangqiu City

In order to solve the problems of "multi-head law enforcement,overlapping responsibilities,repeated punishment,huge administrative law enforcement agencies,but there are still blind spots in law enforcement" in current urban management.At the eighteenth meeting of the Leading Group of the Central Committee on Comprehensive Deepening Reform,it was proposed that "to promote the reform of law enforcement system and improve urban management,we should actively adapt to the requirements of new urbanization development and the needs of the people's production and life,take the modernization of urban management as the orientation,adhere to people-oriented,source governance,unity of powers and responsibilities,coordination and innovation." Principles,rationalize the management system,improve the level of law enforcement,improve urban management,build a clear power and responsibility,service first,management optimization,law enforcement norms,safe and orderly urban management system,so that the city can become a strong support for people to pursue a better life.Accordingly,this paper mainly starts with Shangqiu City,and discusses the reform of urban management law enforcement.Shangqiu City is a pilot city of provincial reform at present,and is actively promoting the reform of urban law enforcement.This paper takes the reform of urban management law enforcement in Shangqiu City as a specific object of study.It mainly adopts three research methods: literature analysis,case analysis and investigation research.Firstly,it clarifies the background of topic selection and the status quo of research at home and abroad.This paper summarizes the relevant connotations of urban management law enforcement reform,such as urban management,urban management law enforcement,the direction of law enforcement development in the process of law enforcement,the relevant requirements of the central government,and urban management law enforcement.On this basis,this paper analyzed the current situation of urban management in Shangqiu City,and further discussed the problems and reasons of urban management in Shangqiu City.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for Shangqiu City Management Law Enforcement Reform.
