Application Research On Optimization Strategy Of "Whole Age" Community System

The aging of the global population has become a social issue of universal concern in the world,and the problem of old-age care has become the central issue of all countries.Being a large aged country in the world,China's aging phenomenon has its own characteristics.With the rapid development of Chinese social economy,the concept of residents' old-age care model has become more and more unsuitable for the current social needs.Under the background of that,the experts and scholars are constantly exploring the ways of old-age care which is more suitable for the elderly in China.The care system of “aging” community has become the focus of attention.The “aging” community pension system is a kind of living group with various age groups in the community as the basic component.The spatial organization and community organization that systematically alleviate the problems of traditional care are the core of the living needs of the elderly in the current cities.The carrier,on the basis of the traditional community,highlights the concern for the elderly group,that is,through the overall planning space design of the supporting facilities in the community,and according to the different stages of the community.At the same time,by introducing advanced models of property management to improve the “aging” community pension system,establishing a comprehensive “aging” living service space and forming a large “aging” vigorous community that meeting the needs of all ages.The community enables the elderly to achieve the goal of home-based care in a familiar environment.This is the community pension model which is most in line with Chinese “aging” status and the needs of the elderly.The design strategy research on the “aging” community pension system has been confirmed to a certain extent in the domestic real estate product market,which reflection is generally good,but there are still some problems to be further optimized,and the corresponding optimization strategy is also the research focus on this article.This paper firstly takes the phenomenon of population aging and the background as the starting point.By analyzing the current situation and background of China,this thesis summarizes the problems still existing in the “aging” community pension system in China,and compares the domestic and foreign advanced experience and the latest practices,combined with Chinese characteristics and the old-age needs of the elderly in China,through the relevant excellent practice experience.Finally,reference to the original “aging” community pension system design theory,propose the corresponding optimization strategy,in order to provide some reference for future practical research activities.
