Research On The Construction Of The Aged Care Service System Of The Urban Community In The Context Of Population Aging

Research objective:the aging population has become a global problem, especially in China. Our country is faced with the fact that the absolute and relative amount of the elderly population is too large, and it is in the dilemma of not getting rich first. With the accelerated process of China's aging, the aging population is approaching, the problem of pension is becoming more and more serious. In this paper, based on the background of aging population, based on Nanjing City, the old people in the urban old-age problem solving strategies, can effectively alleviate the pressure of the aging population to the community.Research methods:this article utilizes the literature analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign mature community home care service model to explore the background and condition of the development of community service of aged care at home, by using the method of quantitative research, based in Nanjing to the elderly in the urban community home endowment service demand degree and the degree of satisfaction with the investigation, by the method of mathematical statistics for the elderly care services and pension service satisfaction and needs of the elderly differences were studied.Research results:by local home pension related research and basic theory as the foundation, draw lessons from the domestic and foreign advanced experience for the community care, understanding of China's community service of aged care at home is still in the initial stage, lack of reasonable planning and complete system, there are many problems. And from the questionnaire data analysis of the elderly people of community home needs and realities of the pension services to provide service to their satisfaction degree is a gap, and analyze the elderly because of the age, living conditions, marital status, health status due to factors and their demand focus exist great differences.Research conclusions:according to the results of empirical research, summed up the main obstacles facing China's community home endowment service system, to the elderly in community home endowment the contradiction between supply and demand as the starting point, around the needs of the elderly, the study constructed the suitable for the elderly in the urban community home endowment service system framework. And put forward to the needs of the elderly as a guide to flexible, equal and diverse forms of transportation services, the concept of universal purchase services. Finally, the rights and responsibilities of the main responsibilities of the service to define the role and responsibility of the government, social organizations, communities and families in the community home care services.Research deficiency and Innovation:This paper is an exploration and attempt of the construction of the community home care service system for the majority of urban communities in China. Due to the limitations of time and geography and other objective conditions, the sample size of the sample is too small, the results of the study may be related to the actual needs of the elderly in urban communities home care services have a bias. However, the method of study of the pension for the elderly more innovative, between Nanjing city community home endowment service needs and satisfaction were difference analysis, find out the gap between reality and ideals, by differences in gender, age, level of education, living status, number of children, economic status, physical condition and demand of community service for the aged analysis, can more comprehensive and scientific understanding of the various needs of the old people.
