Research On Information Disclosure Of Provincial Government Departments In Liaoning

With the development of the legislative and transparent government,citizens' awareness of the rule of law has increased.Citizens are increasingly aware of the right to know,to monitor and to participate in decision-making.And the Public demand for government information is rising.There is a gap between government information disclosure and public demand for government information.At this stage,government information disclosure can not meet the public needs very well;there are some problems in the service public.Based on the theory of transparent government with the status of the problem of Liaoning Provincial Government Departments,information disclosure,using the comparative method,investigation method,the research method of literature analysis,selecting the scope of information carrier,system,quality,interactive,political people five aspects as the analysis framework,this paper draw lessons from the practice of domestic advanced provinces and cities,to provide advice on the solution of the problem of government information disclosure meeting the demand of public.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is a brief introduction on the research background and purposes,research significance,literature review,research methods,innovation points and other aspects.The second part,research overview of the government information disclosure,the concept of government information,this article analysis of the five dimensions and the transparent government theory has carried on the interpretation,as for the research of this paper.In the third part,this article makes rational analysis of Liaoning provincial government information disclosure measures and effectiveness.In the fourth part,this article analyzes the problems of the information disclosure of Liaoning provincial government and find out the reasons.In the fifth part,this article choose some advanced provinces and provincial-level cities practice,through the analysis of drawing inspiration from five research,and put forward the countermeasures of breach of this article studies.In the sixth part,in view of the existing problems and cause analysis,based on the practice of the advanced provinces and cities,by perfecting the information disclosure regulations,improving the information disclosure system,improving the people based concept of information disclosure,improving the service ability of information disclosure carrier and strengthening the government and the public to participate in the interaction and feedback mechanism five aspects put forward the countermeasures.In the seventh part,summarizes the research in this article.Through the research,this paper come to the public demand for the core is the inevitable requirement of the development of government information disclosure,a good mechanism of interaction between government and people is a preservative for government information disclosure,and puts forward the possible application of resource sharing linkage in the government information disclosure three conclusions.
