Research On The Ability Construction Of Chinese Local Government To Deal With Public Crisis

Nowadays,the public crisis has become an important factor affecting the economic development and national stability.Facing the public crisis,the government has to adjust the pace,respond promptly and properly deal with the challenges of various crises,not only the test of the government's management system,but also the ability and effectiveness of the government's comprehensive detection of public governance.On the basis of deep reflection on the defects and non adaptability of the traditional crisis management,the government began to study and strengthen the construction of public crisis response capacity.In recent years,our government has made great progress in crisis response through"5 · 12" Wenchuan earthquake rescue and Urumqi "7 · 5" event.Progress is encouraging,but it should be clearly recognized that the government's ability to deal with the public crisis management in our country still needs to be further strengthened.Firstly,the related concept of public crisis and the government's ability to cope with the definition,starting from the analysis of the status quo of China's government to deal with public crisis ability construction,and the typical public crisis as an example,analyzed and summed up the current government in response to public crisis in the process of the problems and the reasons of these problems,on the basis of on the administrative law,warning prevention,organization management,control of the reaction in four aspects are put forward to strengthen the public emergency response capacity building measures.
