At present,with the continuous improvement of China's overall economic and social development capacity,the state has accelerated the pace of promoting the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity,and put forward new requirements for the reform of the judicial system.Under such circumstances,prisons are facing new opportunities and challenges as executing organs to maintain national security and social stability,effectively punish and correct criminals.As the central work of prison,the education and rectification of criminals also need to establish a new model of modern prison management with a scientific and perfect system after finding the right target.In the education and rectification of criminals,prison entrance education is an important "first step".Nowadays,it is facing a series of problems brought about by the changes of criminal policy and the structure of prisoners,the cognitive and practical deviations of traditional education,and the closeness of prisons,and the lack of necessary standards in the actual implementation process.Normative guidelines.Therefore,the article focuses on the construction and evaluation of the "standardization+" system in prison education,and combines the new concept of "standardization +" to elaborate the integration effect of"standardization +" in prison early education.In the preparatory stage of establishing the"standardization +" system of entrance education,the article first expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis;secondly,it analyzes the status quo and problems of entrance education,and finally,it analyzes the reasons,and leads to the solution of the problem that is the "standardization +" construction of early education in prison.In the construction stage of "standardization +" system of entrance education,the article first analyzes and sorts out the principles and methods of establishing the system of entrance education standards;secondly,according to the construction process of standardization system,it analyzes the function,applicability,demand,composition and classification methods of standardization system;thirdly,it analyzes the principles and steps of establishing the system of entrance education standards.The compilation of the standard system is discussed from three aspects:sudden and composition.Finally,the integration effect of standardization with big data,social cooperation and brand strategy in prison system is discussed.In the evaluation stage of the standardization +"system of entrance education to prison,this paper expounds the mechanism of the implementation of the system from four aspects:the construction subject,the implementation process,the benefit produced and the evaluation of the implementation effect,analyzes the implementation process by using PDCA cycle,and applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the system engineering theory to the implementation of the system.The results were quantified,and suggestions were made for further optimization of the system.
