Study On The Construction Of "Standardization+" In The Education Of Export Supervision

At present,with the continuousacceleration of reform and openness,the overall economic and social development ability of our country is promotingconstantly,and the state has speeded up the pace of promoting the system and capacity of social governance,which put forward new requirements for the reform of the judicial system.In such a situation,the prison is faced with new opportunities and challenges as a penalty executive for maintaining national security and social stability,effectively punishing and correcting criminals.And the criminal's education and correction work which is the central task of the prison also needs to establish a new model of modern prison management with a scientific and perfect system after aiming at the target.In the education and correction of criminals,out of prison education,namely,education on prisoners before released fromthe prison,is the very important "lastprocess" and critical for prisoners returning back society successfully.Now it is facing a series of problems brought by the change of criminal policy and the structure of prisoners,the closeness of the prison itself,as well as and the lack of the necessary normative guidance in the process of actual implementation.Therefore,the article focuses on the discussion of the construction of standardized system for out of prison education,and expounds the construction of "standardization+" in out of prison education combining with the current new concept of "standardization+".In the preparation stage of establishing the "standardized+" system for out of prison education,the article first expounds the related theories.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation,problems,and the reasonsof out of prison education.Finally,aimed atproblems,the feasibility of "standardized+" construction of out of prison education is analyzed,and some viable plans are also proposed.In the construction stage of the "standardized+" systemfor out of prison education,the article first analyzes and combs the principles and methods of the system construction.Secondly,according to the construction process of the standardization system,the function,applicability,demand,composition and classification of the standardization system are analyzed.The following three aspects are the principle,the steps and the composition.This paper discusses and expounds the compilation of the standard system;finally,it discusses the integration effect of standardization in the prison system with big data,social cooperation and brand strategy in prison system,eombining with the present situation of out of prison education.In the implementation stage of the "standardized+" systemof out of prison education,the article expounds the mechanism of the system implementation from four aspects of the construction subject,the implementation process,the benefit and the implementation effect evaluation,analyzes the implementation process by using the PDCA cycle,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the system engineering theory to implement the system.The results were quantified,and suggestions were made for further optimization of the system.
