Studies On Consultative Democracy Practice Of Benxi Manzhu Autonomous County CPPCC

In recent years,with the deepening of the reform,the social contradictions have become increasingly apparent,and consultative democracy as an effective solution to the problem,with its extensive inclusiveness,gradually get into the people's attention.The People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC)is not only an important channel and specialized agency for socialist consultative democracy,but also a significant part of the national governance system.The CPPCC consultation democracy is an effective model for innovation the work form of the CPPCC in the new situation and also as an important practical form for advancing the development of the CPPCC.This paper uses literature analysis,case analysis and questionnaire method,since 2016 Benxi Manchu Autonomous County CPPCC in the process of performance play channel role of consultative democracy and makes a summary,and through the analysis of Benxi Manchu Autonomous County CPPCC democratic negotiation problems exist,analyzed the causes and counter the measures and suggestions for promoting consultative democracy.Through the analysis,it is found that the problems of the system,the form and the content,the main representative and also the environment etc.are the root causes of the effectiveness of Benxi Manchu Autonomous County CPPCC consultative democracy.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions:strengthening the institutionalization of institutionalized,procedural and standardized management,adjusting the main structure of the consultation,improving the consultation ability,innovating the consultation form,expanding the scope of consultation,Optimize the environment of consultation,to enhance public political participation.
