Culture is the soul of a nation,and employee culture is an important part of socialist spiritual culture,which reflects the spiritual outlook,humanistic quality and moral accomplishment of the vast number of employees.Protecting the cultural rights and interests of the workers and serving the spiritual and cultural needs of the workers are one of the duties of the trade union organization.In the process of enterprise development,the construction of employee culture also plays an important role in uniting employees and leading them,driving them to participate in the economic operation of the enterprise with better production status and higher work efficiency.Meanwhile,the construction of a good employee culture is also beneficial to the harmony and stability of the society.Accordingly,trade union organization regards the home of worker,should do worker culture construction job well.Taking workers as the foundation,strengthening the service consciousness of trade unions,fully investigating and understanding the cultural needs of workers,giving full play to the role of educating,guiding,leading and uniting workers,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the construction of workers’ culture.The Trade Union of D City has always attached great importance to the construction of workers’ culture and took the lead in participating in the activity of "Building a Learning Organization and Striving for Knowledge Workers" in China.After the All-China Federation of Trade Unions began to put forward the idea of building a library for workers,the Trade Union of D City was one of the first units to carry out this work.From the brand construction of workers’ cultural activities,cultivation of cultural bases,construction of workers’ cultural venues and setting up,leading the majority of workers to participate in cultural and sports activities,providing workers’ cultural services for workers’ union members at all levels,leading the majority of workers to participate in the construction of workers’ culture.However,there are also some problems in the process of work,mainly in the employee culture transmission path,horizontal and vertical transmission is not smooth;The construction of cultural infrastructure of workers is insufficient and unbalanced;Leadership of staff culture construction;There are problems and obstacles in the carrier of workers’ cultural activities.The emergence of these problems and obstacles is mainly because the trade union organizations at all levels lack of necessary research on the cultural needs of workers,there are shortcomings in the ability to guide workers’ culture,the system and mechanism have not been fully established,and the content and form of workers’ cultural activities,lack of innovation courage.Based on the theory of group dynamics and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,this paper combs the construction of employee culture and puts forward that the construction of employee culture should be centered on the construction of employee culture.Optimize the internal and external cultural environment of employees;Organize all kinds of workers and cultural members;Further optimize the staff culture system and mechanism;Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the ability of cultural construction of workers.It is hoped that the trade union in D City can achieve practical results in the construction of workers’ culture.
