Research On Voluntary Service Of Aged In Urban Community From The Perspective Of Active Aging

With the acceleration of the aging process in China,the pension problem is becoming more and more serious.According to the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,"to build up the policy system and social environment of old-age care,filial piety and respect for the elderly,to promote the combination of medical care and maintenance,and to speed up the development of the cause of aging and industry." In order to alleviate the pressure of socialized old-age care,based on the public welfare,gratuitous and organizational nature of voluntary service activities,relying on the urban community,through specialization,standardization,precision guidance,to promote the elderly to actively participate in voluntary service activities.On the one hand,we should improve the social participation consciousness of the elderly and inherit the spirit of voluntary service;on the other hand,coordinate social resources and promote the development of social welfare.Therefore,both the construction of voluntary service system and the development of the cause of aging have practical significance.Under the view of active aging,this paper takes the elderly who participate in voluntary service in urban communities in Zhejiang Province as the main objects of investigation,and makes an analysis by using quantitative and qualitative research.First of all,based on the practice cases of elderly volunteer service in Zhejiang Province and the investigation of the current situation of the elderly participating in volunteer service activities in Hangzhou GY community,the data of the collected questionnaire are analyzed.The contents include: general information of elderly volunteers,service content,service time,participation satisfaction and so on.Secondly,from the perspective of individual concept practice,community organization operation,government planning and management,the problems of urban community elderly volunteer service are analyzed and summarized.Finally,drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign practice experience of the elderly voluntary service,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the development of the elderly voluntary service in the urban community of Zhejiang Province,establishes and perfects the social voluntary service system,and promotes the steady development of the elderly voluntary service cause in our country.
