Study On The Configuration Of Community Home Care Service Facilities

With the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of medical standards,the average life expectancy of human beings has been steadily improved.The proportion of the elderly population in the society is constantly increasing.This is the inevitable result and important achievement of social and economic development.It is also the inevitable course of the law of human social development.China's population is becoming more and more aging,and the trend is getting stronger and stronger.Xi'an has already entered an old-age society.In the future,there will be a series of ills caused by a series of aging problems.As the aging of population deepening in China and the more and more intensified trend,including one of the new first-tier cities Xi'an which has already entered the old-age society,there will be a series of socials ills caused by aging problems.This paper takes the aging of Xi'an and the reality of community home care facilities as the research object,through literature and material,field investigation and research,typical case analysis,data chart induction,graphic analysis,multidisciplinary research and various research methods,aim to find reasonable allocation of facilities.The specific contents and conclusions are as follows:The first part elaborates on the background of the topic selection,which are the status quo of China's aging population,the social hot spot of the community home care,and the strong desire of community home care for Xi'an people.The second part is to understand the development of home-based aged care services at home and abroad.Through the analysis of advanced experience of domestic and overseas,hope to find some some basis for the feasible conditions of Xi'an community home care model.The third part analyzes the status quo of three mature community home care services in Xi'an from the status of facilities,functions and scale.The fourth part is based on the data collected from field research,and finds the willingness of the elderly from four aspects: life service,health care,culture and education and care facilities.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding configuration strategy in the aspects of the functional composition,spatial layout and intelligence of the home care service facilities by clarifying the current situation of the community home care facilities in Xi'an and the demand rules of the elderly.
