Research On Medical Service Facilities For The Community Support And Home Care Of Medical Treatment And Care Of Configuration

In the context of the rapid development of aging population,China's elderly population is facing small-scale family,the elderly family empty nest,weakening old-age pension and other practical problems.Traditional family pension,institutional pension and other pension models are facing serious challenges.In recent years,The state vigorously pursued policies about medical treatment and care.At present,the medical treatment facilities in our country are in the conflict of management separation and the configuration of medical care facilities.It is imperative to explore new pension model for the elderly.Considering the characteristics of large population,weak old-age service facilities,deep-rooted family-care concept and so on,it is one of the exploring ways to utilize the existing facilities to optimize the resources and re-locate the service function of the old-age pension model.In this paper,subject in the study is the community support and home care for the elderly medical service facilities.First of all,the theoretical basis of the definition of the object of the system,service object and service content defined,and based on our "9073" pension model and the recent combination of medical and pension policy guidance,analysis and summary the foreign medical and pension cases.It is pointed out that China's medical and pension integration model is in the exploratory stage.Coastal cities have issued various kinds of relevant policy documents,but there is no practical case.Construct a system of medical and pension integration model is very important.Secondly,through surveying the real situation of community medical service facilities in Lianhu District of Xi'an City,investigating the willingness of the old people in the community to provide for the aged by the questionnaire.Summed up the layout and distribution of the scale of community health care facilities of the status quo,the analysis of various types of community health and pension needs of the elderly;Moreover,combined with medical and pension case studies,establishment of standards of medical service facilities and community elderly groups Medical care needs,pension needs,from the planning principles,configuration system,the size of three aspects of community home care service layout.Finally,through establishment of system,adjustment of function and planning to the application instance of strategy research.This article is based on the community's existing medical facilities,discussing the configuration of the community home care facilities in the community.To provide ideas for updating and upgrading the existing community-level medical service facilities.It is of great significance for the establishment of the system of community home care facilities and the promotion of the combination of medical care in the future.
