In In recent years,with the rapid development of the world economy,people's living standards have gradually improved,the speed of tourism has been accelerating,and it has become the most important form of leisure and entertainment for people.It is also the fastest growing economy and the most prosperous sunrise industry.The influence of economic development in various countries has continuously increased.In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's tourism industry has developed rapidly and occupied an important position in the national economy.However,in the context of the frequent crisis events in China that threaten tourism security and the accelerating development of domestic and international tourism,tourism activities have become An activity with a large mobility of people in the region has suffered various disasters,especially its open,fluid,comprehensive and cross-regional industry characteristics,which has further aggravated the difficulty and complexity of tourism safety emergency management.Therefore,the emergency management of tourism crisis events determines whether the tourism industry can achieve healthy development.It is an important task that is full of challenges with social progress and industrial development.Based on the actual situation of tourism emergency management in Anshan City,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the shortcomings of the current emergency management mechanism for tourism crisis,continuously improves the current supervision mode,and adopts various measures to strengthen tourism emergency management and formulate corresponding solutions.Strengthening the construction of emergency management institutions for tourism crisis events and other four aspects to improve the emergency management level of local government's tourism crisis,ensure the safety of tourists,and maintain the safety of the tourism market.This paper applies literature research,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey method,and uses the theory of holistic governance,4R crisis management theory and other related theories to study and study,and learn from the experience and advanced practices of foreign countries in practical application to study and solve the local tourism crisis emergency.The problems existing in the management work,taking Anshan City as an example,summarize the problems in the subject,object,procedures and methods in the emergency management ofthe tourism crisis in Anshan City.The reasons for the analysis are that the establishment of the organization is not reasonable,the emergency management information release platform is imperfect,the coordination mechanism between the emergency departments is not perfect,and the emergency management system is still not perfect.Finally,the emergency management of tourism crisis in Anshan City should be improved from the following four aspects: first,improve the construction of emergency management institutions for tourism crisis,second,improve the information platform for emergency management information,and third,improve the coordination mechanism for tourism emergency management.Improve the tourism emergency management system.
