The Study On Occupational Stress Of Township Civil Servants

Township civil servants’ occupational stress is the pressure from the inner heart including the reaction for the pressue when township civil servants execute policies or they provide pubilic goods and services. As the important work vectoors, the strsess condition township civil servants facing has direct influence on the mental healthy and life quality of township civil servants,meanwhile which can have impact on township administrative work efficiency, town government’s image and public trust of town goverment. To handle correctly township civil servants’ occupational stress will be directly good for township civil servants’ healthy and increase their life happiness. At the same time, it will be helpful for improving township civil servants’ motivation, administrative work efficiency and the supply quality of public goods and services. And also, it will be beneficial for improving government’s image, transforming the function of the government, constructing service government, and promoting the modernlism of township governance and governance ability. What’s more, it will make the relationship between government harmonious, reducing matricial mass disturbances and maintain matricial stabilization. Therefore, doing research on township servants’ occupational stress, making analysis of the conditions and reasons of township servants’ occupational stress and discussing the strategies for perfecting township servants’ occupational stress management has an important meaning.This paper synthetically adopts some methods including document analysis method, brainstoming methods, Delphi method and field investigation method, deeply discussing township servants’ occupational stress problems. This paper centres on the township servants’ occupational stress from beginning to end. At first, this paper introduces the research background and making analysis of the research mengning. Then, it makes comment on the documents at home and abroad through making deep analysis on them, and come up with my own research pointcut. And then, it making analysis the conception and the features of township servants’ occupational stress, and stating the related thoeries about the research. After that, it describs the process of questionnaire design and investigation sample, and use the software to enter and conduct the data, and makes analysis of otherness of township servants’ occupational stress on the gender, age, schooling, job scope and more eight variables and it’s resons.Then, this paper making analysis the producted reasons of township servants’ occupational stress and come up with corresponding strategies from social, organizational and individual levels. Finally, this paper puts forward the research direction of township servants’ occupational stress in the future.
