Research On The Reform Of "Centralized Acceptance" In Veifang Municipal Service Center

Comprehensive administrative service institutions such as government service centers are the realistic requirements of building a service-oriented government,as well as a new way for the government to exercise administrative power and provide public services.In order to strengthen the construction of "Sunshine Government"and further promote the reform of administrative examination and approval system,Weifang Municipal Administration Service Center has innovated the service mode of administrative examination and approval and boldly reformed the work of"Centralized Acceptance"."Centralized Acceptance"improves the level and efficiency of administrative services,achieves the separation of examination and approval from supervision and evaluation,acceptance and approval,and provides the greatest convenience for enterprises and the masses to handle administrative examination and approval services.Focusing on the theme of "Centralized Acceptance,reform of Weifang Municipal Service Center,this paper first introduces the development and experience of Weifang Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Reform,and reviews the reform process and achievements of "Centralized Acceptance" of Weifang Municipal Service Center.In order to find out the problems in the reform of"Centralized Acceptance" in Weifang Municipal Service Center,the author conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with some of the people and staff working in Weifang Municipal Service Center.Through summarizing the relevant data,the problems were found and the problems in the reform were analyzed,especially in the aspects of laws and regulations,electronic platform,business ability and personnel management.Effective reason analysis,through drawing lessons from the experience of promoting the reform of"Centralized Acceptance"inZhejiang Province,Luoyang,Weihai and other places,and the advanced practices ofSingapore and Japan in government service,puts forward how to improve and develop the "Centralized Acceptance" reform of Weifang Municipal Service Center,including standardization,improvement of electronic platform,strengthening business training and formulation of incentives.The scientific and effective countermeasures are of great practical significance for further promoting the reform of"Centralized Acceptance"of Weifang Municipal Service Center,deepening the decision-making arrangement of the reform of release and control uniforms,and speeding up the realization of"one run well".
