Study On The Demand Of Old-age Service In Rural Empty-nest Community

With the acceleration of the process of urbanization construction in China and the change of family structure,a new special group has appeared in rural areas---empty nest elderly,and the number of empty nest families and empty nest elderly people is increasing year by year,and the empty nest elderly people who need to be cared for also continue to increase.The lack of preparation for the rapid increase of empty nest elderly makes the problem of community home pension needs of rural empty nest elderly people more urgent.In order to find out the present situation of the rural empty nest elderly and fully grasp the demand of the old-age service in the community,this paper,on the basis of the existing research results,takes Xigongyi Town,Anding District,Dingxi City as the research area.Through on-the-spot visits and questionnaires,first of all,we will conduct an in-depth survey from three aspects: daily care service demand,health care service demand,and spiritual comfort service demand,and at the same time,use 288 questionnaire data.The Logistic regression model was used to further explore the influencing factors of rural empty nest elderly pension service demand.Secondly,in-depth analysis of the rural empty nest elderly pension service demand characteristics and the reasons that affect its related characteristics.Finally,it attempts to change the old-age concept,cultivate the sense of responsibility for the elderly,improve the community-based pension service system,establish and improve the health care service system,legal support system and social security system,and so on.Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the multi-supply of old-age service.
