Study On Investment And Financing Model Of Anhui's Old-age Service

In 1999,China began to enter the aging society as a whole.With the deepening of China's aging population,the issue of old-age care has become a national,social and household concern.How to construct an old-age service system adapted to the development and change of the new era,formulate effective policies and measures for the old-age service,and form a good social environment of filial piety,respect for the elderly,and love for the elderly.At present,the government and society at all levels of our country need to solve the major and urgent people's livelihood problems.At present,the construction of service facilities for the aged in our country is still in the initial stage of development.The contradiction of unbalanced and inadequate development of service facilities is still quite prominent.Compared with the developed provinces,the development of the old-age service industry in Anhui Province,which is located in the middle of China,is still relatively low,and the old-age service facilities are far from satisfying the old-age expectations and needs of the majority of the elderly.Among the many factors restricting the development of the old-age service facilities in Anhui Province,the problem of insufficient investment and financing of the old-age service facilities is more prominent.How to solve the problem of investment and financing of pension service facilities in Anhui Province is the main problem of this paper.This article takes the construction of Anhui endowment service facilities investment and financing mode as the foothold to discuss,the main content is divided into three parts: the first part,briefly expounds the basis of the construction of Anhui endowment service facilities investment and financing mode,The related concepts and theoretical basis are analyzed,and some successful cases are analyzed.The second part briefly analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the investment and financing of the old-age service facilities in Anhui Province: although the investment in the construction of the old-age service facilities in Anhui continues to increase,there are still insufficient total supply and prominent structural contradictions in the old-age service facilities in Anhui Province.The distribution of old-age institutions is unreasonable,the service supply is unbalanced,and the pension service system is not well-balanced.Problems such as integrity,insufficient supporting factors,and so on.The third part mainly discusses how to construct the investment and financing mode of the old-age service facilities in Anhui province.This paper points out that the main reasons that restrict the construction of pension service facilities and the development of pension service industry in Anhui are the singleness of investment and financing subject,the one-way channel of investment and financing,and the lag of financial market,and so on.It is considered that the active role of government,the active participation of social and private capital,the further optimization of investment and financing channels policy,or the effective improvement of Anhui endowment service facilities investment and financing status,to promote the healthy development of Anhui old-age cause.It is necessary and urgent to reform the current investment and financing system in the field of old-age service in Anhui Province.The new investment and financing mode of old-age service facilities also needs the support of perfect supervision mechanism and incentive mechanism,especially the strong support of policy and market.
